Introduction

This ServiceNow dashboard was designed for the ADC Manufacturing Team which in turn is comprised of two teams: Industrial Systems (NASC-MAN-IndSys) and SAP Manufacturing (NASC-MAN-SAP App Dev). It aims to centralize the main events of these teams related to the delivery and support stream value such as requests, incidents, problems, changes and display them as graph and reports that can be easily read, followed, understood, and measured, facilitating the continuous improvement and decision-making
