This bank of materials is aimed to be used for English teachers in a digital environment or in a virtual class. The main porpouse of this bank is to teach different grammar tenses such as; parts of speech, past tenses, future, simple present and to have fun games to use as a warm up, during the class, or at the end of the class to reinforce a topic. This bank of material is proposed as a combination of units.

What is Simple Present

We use the simple present tense when an action is happening right now, or when it happens regularly (or unceasingly, which is why it's sometimes called present indefinite). Depending on the person, the simple present tense is formed by using the root form or by adding ‑s or ‑es to the end.

Modal verbs are auxiliary verbs (also called helping verbs) like can, will, could, shall, must, would, might, and should. Modal verbs add meaning to the main verb in a sentence by expressing possibility, ability, permission, or obligation.

Use this game with the students to understand the past tense. This activity is for teenagers, and adults. A2 Level.
