PART ONE
When a magnet moves past metal it creates an electric field and when electricity runs through metal it creates a magnetic field. The magnet and the foil both are of the same charge so they repel each other making the magnet slow down
PART TWO
The copper is around the rare Earth magnet and although the copper itself is not magnetic, the electrons react to the magnets and they start to spin making the copper wire spin as well
PART THREE! THE FINAL PART!
The copper might ot start to spin at the start. Why? Well that is becasue the wire has not yet recognised the magnet. Once you push the copper wire, it sees the magnet and the electrons on the surface of the wire start to spin at sight, making the wire spin but when it loses sight of the magnet it stops, then starting to spin again!
