Getting energy from nutrients
During digestion, food is broken down into nutrients
The Respiratory System
We inhale oxygen and we exhale carbon dioxide.
The Circulatory System
The Excretory System
Oxygen and nutrients circulate all around our body through the blood vessels, providing us with energy.
Kidneys clean the waste from the blood, after circulating all around the body.
EATING HEALTHY
Food contains nutrients that we need to live and grow. There are four types:1) Carbohydrates 2) Vitamins and Minerals 3) Proteins 4) Fats To be healthy we need to eat a variety of food but we should have more things than others.

IT DESCRIBES THE RELATIONSHIP THAT WE HAVE WITH THE WORLD AROUND US.
STIMULUS:
We capture information. The five senses receive a stimulus, the information is sent to the brain through our nerves.
REACTION:
The brain gives instructions to our body and we respond appropriately.

The nervous system is made up of: the brain, the spinal chord, and the nerves. The brain receives messages from the five senses. The nerves are connected to the brain by the spinal cord.

The locomotor system is made up of: bones, joints and muscles.It receives messages from the brain and reacts to the stimuli by moving our body.

Men and women havedifferent reproductive systems.

During pregnancy a baby forms and grows inside its mother. The process lasts 9 months for human beings.
