Based on the result above, we can analysis that the reason people prefer to do physical online because of different choices which can let us more convenient to choose a right one. As well as the quality, we can make sure the quality is acceptable and suit within our expectation.

Analysis & Conclusion
According to the statistic survey amount 56 respondents who live in Phnom Penh, the result shows that there are 40 respondents who prefer online shopping more than physical shopping. Most of the citizen that chose online shopping usually shopping 1 time per week. For physical shopping, there are 16 respondents who like to do physical shopping. They mostly do physical shopping 1 time per week. In conclusion, we can see that the amount of people who like doing online shopping is largest more than physical shopping because online shopping are convenient, afforadable and save time more than physical shopping.
