Technological intelligence is a process that includes the identification of users' knowledge needs, the collection of pieces of information, the analysis and drawing of conclusions, which are finally transmitted to users to answer their questions and support decision making.

This is why, in the midst of the pandemic, where technological intelligence has manifested itself with greater force, it has begun to create emotional problems for people of all ages and categories, since they were not ready for such an abrupt change and not knowing how to manage emotional intelligence combined with technological intelligence leads them to collapse, generating stress, anxiety, frustration and fear for not being able to feel capable in this world.
