BASIC ARM TOUCHES
There are two ways to do this exercise. The first, the forearms are extended and the ball is hit by raising it up with constant speed. The second, the ball is raised at a constant speed, with the lines of the fingers and with the spleens extended.

2 EXERCISE
PLAY WITH A WALL
There are two ways to do the exercise. The first, we stand in front of a wall, and then with our forearms respond to make a series of passes. The second, we make a series of passes with the wall, but using the line of the fingers.

♡Hands. ♡Fingers. ♡Arms. ♡Legs. ♡Abdomen.
3 AND 4 EXERCISE
DEFENSE WITH A WALL
NO NET SERVE RECIEVE
In this exercise, we stand in front of a wall, while a partner is behind us. Next, the partner throws the ball to the wall so that it bounces and we can respond.
In an open space, we stand with our friend and begin a "serve - receive" sequence. Then, we place an object in the center, with the aim of receiving the ball, and that it falls on top of the object.

GO THROUGH FOOTWORK
In a fixed position, we begin to move into position to receive and defend.

6 EXERCISE
SERVER TO A TARGET
In front of a wall, we position ourselves with our legs apart to make a sequence of serves.
