Expressing daily activities

You can express your daily activities using positive or negative ideas: I take the bus to work. I don´t walk. I go swimming on weekends. I don´t go running. I play soccer every Monday. I don´t play on Saturdays.

Let´s read what I do during the week...

On Weekdays I usually wake up at 7 a.m. I wash my face and take a shower. Then, I have a breakfast at around 8.00. After breakfast I brush my teeth. I get dressed. I leave home at around 8:50 a.m. I arrive work at around 9:30 a.m. I check my emails and file my papers. I usually make some telephone calls. Then I report to my boss. At around 1 p.m I have lunch. I leave work at 5: 00 p.m., and I take a train and go to the gym before I go home. I work out for almost an hour. I arrive home at around 7:30 p.m. On Saturday, I usually go grocery shopping and do the laundry and run some errands. On Sunday, I stay home watching Netflix and go for a walk in the afternoon.
