Tips and Tricks for Safety and Security

Turn off Quick Access

You may need to go back into old meeting links you shared via Google Calendar, Google Classroom, and Mail to turn off quick access. Then if students have those links they will not be able to open the meetings without you there.

Use solely district email for school business

  1. Students will not be able to generate Meet links with their stu.mylusd.org email.
  2. Student behavior that is outside the district user agreement with the student email/login can be managed and held accountable better.
  3. District provded student devices managed with the stu.mylusd.org account.
