She was born on September 22nd of 1810 in Ealing, England. She died in October of 1966, in Helensburgh, Scotland, when she was ninety-six years old.
She learned to play tennis at the tennis club in his hometown. When she was twenty-two, she won the first award and it was the beginning of his long career.
