This story exploration provided us with some background information about the nature and purpose of Project-Based Learning in this 2nd class, as well as outlining key strategies to ensure a successful and enjoyable learning experience for our students. We've decided to integrate several subjects in the activity to ensure a PBL approach with English, Art, Music, Drama and PE.

The story unfolds around a small pink elephant, which is the colour of children's dreams and tells us, at first, about the "lovely world" in which he lived, along with other coloured elephants. - pink. It was a world of peace and joy, where there was no suffering. Faced, in a second moment, with the unexpected death of this world of his, the elephant is forced to leave and ends up going to live for a child's imagination! A story of dream and fantasy, which addresses, however, in a masterly subtle way, values as important as friendship, solidarity and mutual aid. Apparently simple, in form and content, this short story proves to be, after all, strongly captivating, seducing both by the richness of the emotions it awakens and the symbolism it contains.
English Poems: Students have invented some poems in English. In Music lessons, they've practised them in class. Students also created a flashmob choreography to enjoy the story in PE.
