Well-being consists of feeling good mentally and physically, this generates a positive impact on several aspects of a person’s health helping us to have a full life.

Sometimes it is difficult to find the motivation, time and ways to make some changes in our lives. Therefore, the goal of this project is to teach some of the ways in which we can keep our physical health in the most independent way possible taking into account the current situation in which we find due to covid-19.
