ABOUT
The Leadership In Flight Training (LIFT) Academy was born out of a desire to transform the standard pilot training model into one that is more widely attainable and attractive. By offering tuition that is more affordable than other pilot training programs, as well as a direct classroom-to-cockpit opportunity, LIFT has thrown the hangar doors wide open to a world of possibilities for men and women who thought becoming a pilot was simply not within reach. LIFT is owned and operated by Republic Airways, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Republic offers scheduled passenger service with about 1000 daily flights to 100 cities in 40 U.S. states, Canada, the Caribbean and Central America. The airline provides fixed-fee flights operated under its major airline partner brands of American Eagle, Delta Connection and United Express.

Emergency...the word itself brings images of anxiety, stress, need and dependency. To the person faced with a medical crisis, fear and apprehension are just as real as the emergency condition or injury. At Witham, we understand these fears. Each member of our emergency care team responds to the needs of our patients with professionalism and compassion. Witham is experienced in caring for all your family's emergency needs, from broken bones to chest pain. Our staff of ER physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our EMTs respond to calls in Boone, Montgomery and Hendricks counties. We are well equipped to deal with the typical, as well as the atypical. In fact, our EMS protocols-including rapid sequence intubation procedure for head injuries-are widely recognized throughout the state, as they allow our EMTs and paramedics to more effectively treat patients pre-hospital.
