Testimonials

An excellent training course, which will help in bringing the transformational change the UN needs to attain, through its future leaders.

This learning programme set the bar quite high for future UN trainings.

Literally one of the best organised, interactive and encompassing training courses I have taken and would recommend to all.

This training is filled with quality content ready to be used daily - at work and in our personal lives. Some exercises are eye opening. It should be compulsory for every UN staff, as the induction training is. I wish all my colleagues were there with me.

Testimonials

Young emerging UN leaders are not only confronted with the complexity of the UN system, but also with situations where having the right communications skills, managing emotions and creating a team culture for change and innovation are key to achieving our objectives. Learning these tools to thrive in especially challenging contexts is therefore extremely important to achieve the 2030 Agenda - and this is what UNEL-e has taught us.
