SKULL
the nervous system
The brain recieves information through the nerves. The information travels from the senses and uses the spinal cord to move.
the locomotor system
The locomotor system lets you control the different parts of your body and allows you to move around. The locomotor system includes: bones, joints and muscles.
MUSCLES

Your nose is the organ of smell. Air enters the nose through the nostrils. The olfactory nerve sends information to the brain which tells you what are you smelling. You can smell about 10.000 different odours.
taste
Your tongue is the organ of taste. The tongue is covered in taste buds. These indentify different tastes. Nerves send information about the different tastes to your brain.
touch
Your skin is the organ you use to touch. Your skin can tell you if something feels hot or cold, rough or smooth, hard or soft. Sensory nerves send information to your brain.

circulatory system
The circulatory system moves blood through the heart and around the body in the arteries and veins. Blood gives your body nutrients and oxygen.
Respiratory system
The respiratory system helps you breathe. You breathe in through your nose and mouth. The air goes down the trachea into your lungs. You breathe in Oxygen and breathe out Carbon Dioxide.
Digestive system
The digestive system helps you to digest food. You take in food through your mouth. It moves down the oesophagus into your stomach and intestines. The intestines separate the nutrients from the waste. The nutrients are absorbed into the circualtory system and the intestines expel waste from your body.
Digestive system
excretory system
The excretory system eliminates waste products from your body. The kidneys clean waste from your blood and combine this with water to make urine. Urine collects in the bladder and when the bladder is full, your body tells you to go to the toilet.
