The Birth of the Union
By the 1707, England, wales and Scotland Joined up In a Same country, Great Britain (UK), After Declarating the Act Of Union, which had 25 articles about the new Country, 15 of those where about economical subjects. Each country joined the new UK in order to help each other and caring about their interests
War of Spanish Sucession; The becoming of the UK as the 1st world power.
When the Spanish King, Carlos II died without descendence, A War began, to see who would come up as the new King of Spain. Felipe V ended up as the new King of the Empire, But after that war, Spain lost a Lot of Power, and Great Britain becomes the 1st world power, leaving Spain behind as the second one.

Queen Ana
Queen Ana was the first monarch who ruled over the UK. She became queen in 1702 (when the UK was not a thing yet) until 1714 (The UK was already created). She was Small, Reserved, and had a lot of health problems. She had 18 pregnances, but only 2 of those Survived.
