How to generate this type of energy
The energy acquired by the objects upon which work is done is known as mechanical energy. (Mechanical energy as the ability to do work)
Where do you find it?
An example of mechanical energy is in a roller coaster cart. At its highest point, the cart will have accumulated enough gravitational potential energy (due to height) to freely fall a second later and convert it all into kinetic energy (due to motion) and reach blazing speeds.
