Phototropism
Hydrotropism
Definition: the growth or turning of plant roots toward or away from moisture. Example: A plant has more moist soil on one side, so it moves its roots towards the moist soil.
Definition: the orientation of a plant or other organism in response to light Example: The light is shining on a plant from the left side, so the plant leans itsself torwards the left.
Gravitropism
Thigmotropism
Definition: the growth of the parts of plants with respect to the force of gravity Example: A plant in zero gravity roots would come out the top. Compared to a plant in gravity with its roots pointing down.
Definition: the turning or bending of a plant or other organism in response to a touch stimulus. Example: When you touch a Mimosa pudica leaflets it reacts.

Wolves
Wolves are highly intelligent animals that have adapted to their enviorment in many ways. The long lengs and large feet of a wolf help adapted the wolf for hunting its large prey. Another behavioral adaption that the wolf has is hunting in packs because in packs they have more chance of catching prey and surviving. Lastly, a physical adaptation that a wolf has is a narrow muzzle with small sharp teeth. that help catch little prey

Fur consists of two elements; a dense undercoat and and londer hairs. An animal that has a thick layer of fur is a polar bear. Polar bears live in the Artic therefore they need a layer of fur so they stay warm and survive. They adapted to their enviorment by slowly but steadly getting their coat of fur.
Feather, the component structure of the outer covering and flight surfaces of all modern birds. An animal species that has feathers are birds Birds feathers adapted by being able to change the amount of body heat. That helps them stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Scales arise from the outer layer of skin. All reptiles shed their scales continuisly throughout their life. An animal that has scales are snakes. The bodies of snakes are covered entirely with scales that arise from the outer skin layer. The skin adapted by helping them stay moist in their enviorment(dry places).
