Simple present with -ing?
We use like, love, enjoy, don’t mind, can’t stand, hate and prefer + verb + -ing to talk about things we like or don’t like doing.

Spelling rules 1. most verbs: add -ing play ➝ playing 2. verbs that end in -e : drop the -e and add-ing come ➝ coming 3. verbs that end in one vowel + one consonant : double the consonant and add -ing sit ➝ sitting
Examples : I like getting up early in the summer. My brother Sean loves skydiving. We enjoy spending our Christmas holidays in the Southern Alps. They hate watching horror films. She can´t stand listening to classical music. She doesn´t mind helping with the house chores.
