Stop the bullying:Defuse the situation and the parties invovled to another safe and supportive environment. The parties must be in a place where they can not physically harm one another

Afterward perform check-ins with the parties invovled and start to spread awareness for bullying in the school.

Find out the cause and start of the fight or arguement inorder to create a resolution that everyone can be happy with. Involve the parent, staff, and principle if needed.
