What is a steriotype?

The stereotype is a simplified and persistent subjective characteristic applied to a place, an object, an event or to a group of people who share certain characteristics or qualities.

Italians love so much pasta and pizza and they eat them every days!Many foreigners people thinks so about Italians, but it's false because in our country we have many different kinds of food. Italy has 20 regions and in each regions we can find many different tipical recipes and in each family every recipe is a little bit different.

Italians gesticulate when they speak...

One of the most evident characteristics of an Italian speeker is the way he moves his body. Generally when italians talk with others, they are truly passionate: they speak and in the same time they move the body to better explain the personal opinions about a specific topic.

Italians dress well...

Italy is the country of fashion and Italians are generally well dressed. They are always attentive to details.It is easy to recognize an Italian abroad by the way he dresses and his shoses, those are generally beautiful.Fashion shopping in Italy attracts a lot of foreigners.

Italians love sweet life...

All over the world people belive that italians are pasta, pizza, nap, good wine, beautiful dress, wonderfull holidays, expensive cars..., but this is not the truth.Italian are mediterranian people and, of course, they love beutiful life but they also work hard to achieve it.

Italians love coffee...

Speaking about coffee we must used "love" and not like because Italian people really love coffee. They start the day drinking mocha coffee at home and, during the day, with friends, they drink expresso at the bar.
