You are a journalist investigating DNA testing. Your contact at the NSA has access to top secret information in the NSA data system . Look for some clues. Each clue will unlock a new file on the computer. If you find the scoop, you will have to convince your editorial board to publish the article. Be quick, you have only a few hours before the NSA security system turns on!

INTRODUCTION

How it all started: It all started when you heard the 23andMe commercial on the radio. The information you learned about DNA tests aroused your curiosity and you decided to get in contact with a scientist from the NSA.

CHALLENGE 1:

Your contact sent you an enigma and a code. The code is: 5-4-23-1-4-68.

First, Listen to the audio and complete the worksheet.
