How do you know if you're becoming addicted to something or just having a good time?

Addiction is defined as not having control over doing, taking or using something to the point where it could be harmful to you.

Addictions

Some people are compulsive shoppers. Others find it impossible to pull themselves away from their work. Still others spend countless hours gambling or even surfing the Internet.

We live in a highly stressful world. The word addiction usually makes you think of alcohol or drugs, but in modern day society we are seeing some new kinds of addictions.
