NAME: EDWIN GONZALEZ VARGAS

Good evening teacher. My name is Edwin González and this is my last semester studying ‘Civil works’ at UPTC University. I’ll graduating soon, actually, at the end of this year. As the end of my studies coincides with the end of the year, I have thought that I might go to Santa Marta to celebrate this new goal in my life, I’m so exciting and my parents are more than me.

With this diploma I may find a job in the engineering area, in the building or road construction sector, at the moment there are many projects in Casanare and I hope to enter the industry as soon as possible.

Finally and as a goal for the future, maybe in about 8 years and with the experience that I will gain these years, I may decide to create my own engineering company, I have thought of having a company that is dedicated to the construction of modern country houses.

A FUTURE...

Thinking about my future, the new goal is to advance and become a civil engineer; this new goal of being an engineer may take two or three more years, it depends on the university where I can continue my studies. Next year I will move to Yopal to work on my goals.
