In 1957 she helped initiate the civil rights movement in the United States. In 1979, the NAACP awarded Rosa Parks the Spingarn Medal. So, we can say that she has achieve many goals.

OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS

Her bravery led to nationwide efforts to end racial segregation. After Parks died, she received a final tribute and more than 30,000 people were in there. Her arrest inspired the Montgomery bus boycott, which lasted for 381 days.

PErsonal opinion

For me, Rosa Parks was a very strong and brave woman because, not everyone dares to defend their rights in this way and even less in that racist time, and what she did has a lot of merit. Although, by her action, she started to support other people to be able to defend their rights.

Thank you!
