Tengo experiencia con trabajo en remoto, incluso antes de la pandemia 😉 Soy autónoma, independiente y puedo trabajar bajo presión. Mi pasión por un proyecto me convierte en una empleada entusiasta, comprometida y con dedicación.

Soy una persona positiva, coherente, práctica y capaz de adaptarme a diferentes entornos, especialmente interculturales. La gente me conoce por mi creatividad, curiosidad y actitud proactiva.

El mejor ejemplo de esto es mi proyecto de emprendimiento con los Youth Hacktivators, donde acercamos el activismo climático joven a las grandes empresas.

Esta creatividad y dinamismo me hacen experta en design thinking, pensamiento adaptativo y pensamiento lateral.

Para terminar, estoy formada en el arte español de la sobremesa, que consiste en debates muy largos y elaborados después de cada comida. Aquí, gran interés y escucha activa son cruciales. Mi marca: ideas claras, concisas y posiciones bien argumentadas.

Aplicado al trabajo en equipo se traduce en un liderazgo inclusivo, capacidad de mediación y visión amplia y estratégica. Disfruto convirtiendo los conflictos en oportunidades.

I’m also able to work remotely-even before the pandemic 😉As a co-worker I’m autonomous, independent and able to work under pressure. My passion for a project makes me a very enthusiastic, committed and time invested employee.

I’m a positive person, coherent, practical and able to adapt to different environments, especially cross-cultural ones. People know me for my creativity, curiosity and proactive attitude.

The best example of this is my entrepreneurial project with the Youth Hacktivators, where we bring the youth climate activism closer to big companies.

This creativity and drive make me an expert at design thinking, adaptive thinking, lateral thinking, a lot of thinking.

Finally, I’ve been trained in the Spanish art of "sobremesa", which consists on very long and elaborate debates after each meal. Here, strong interest and active listening are crucial. My signature? Clear-thinking, concise ideas and well-argued positions.

And it shows in my teamwork approach: I’m an inclusive leader and mediator with broad and strategic vision. I enjoy turning conflicts into opportunities.
