in the past 13 years of my life i have undergone a lot of changes in myself. undergoing these sudden changes in myself had been quite bumpy but very enjoyable ride.

I am 11 years old in this picture. physical and emotional changes occured this part of my life.

this is me in sixth grade. i still experience changes and i knew myself and my personalityeven more.

i'm 12 years old when this photo was taken, and my nanay told me that i stand up like a boy here.

i'm 13 years old now, and this is my most recent photo. puberty can be hard, but it's part of our life.

my experience in puberty includes physical, emotional, social, and mental changes. my family helped me overcome puberty, especially my nanay, and i'm thankful for that.
