Technique: A research technique is the general strategy or process utilized in the collection of data or evidence for analysis. Instruments: A research instrument is a practical tool to collect information on the object or situation, e.g. questionnaire, interviews, surveys. The instrument also provides a MEASUREMENT scale for the results.
