QUANTIFIERS: TOO, TOO MUCH, TOO MANY, (NOT) ENOUGH
Too + adj
"TOO" means "Excessive" and it precedes the adjective (it 's not what you want, what is good, so it has a negative meaning)
The boy is too young to drive a car.
The music is too loud for her.
TOO MUCH+ (NOUNS)
Precedes an uncountable noun. It also has a negative meaning (more than you want, more than is good)
3. too many +(nouns)
We use "too many" before a countable noun in the plural. it also has a negative meaning (more than you want, more than is good).
We can see too many students in the classroom.
There are too many people on the beach.
4. (not)enough (nouns and adj.)
We use "(not) enough" after adjectives.
ENOUGH means "sufficient"
We use "(not) enough" before nouns.
what's wrong with HIS new sweater?
Is it the PERFECT house for them?
and this ONE?
what's wrong with THE COFFEE?
Do we have enough food at home for all of them?
