How to make

Turkish coffee

  • 500 ml water
  • 20 g coffee (4 tsp)
  • 0-20 g sugar (optional!)
  • a pot
  • a cup
  • a teaspoon

Add water to the pot and heat it.

Take it off the stove and pour out one small cup.

Add the coffee and sugar to the pot.

Once it starts creating foam, take it off the stove and add the cup of water back in.

Slowly stir it on medium heat.

Bring it back on the stove and let it foam 1-2x again.

Serve in a ceramic cup.Enjoy!
