Using excel to calculate student's t-distribution
The Excel function T.INV.2T calculates the two-tailed inverse of the Student's t-distribution. For example, to find a 95% interval (such as when α=0.05, we need the α/2 = 0.025 percentage point of the Student-t.
T.INV.2T gives the α/2 percentage point when α is the input.
