Terraria's 2d gameplay does make it seem like an older game right? Well it is actually newer than minecraft! Terraria has 17 bossed ranging from easiest to hardest while minecraft only has 2 difficult bosses.

Minecraft has worlds that will generate infinately. It also has a manual crafting system and has an open world creative mode wich lets you freely make anything

Terraria's NPC'S (non player charactors)

The Npc's in terraria are incredibly useful for selling weapons items accesories and even pets! To have an Npc appear you need to build a sustainable house with walls, furniture and a light source. There are a total of 28 npc's in the game

Progression

Terraria has a very clear sense of progression with 17 bosses. The game is considered completed when all of the bosses are beaten.
