Maleficent is about an evil fairy that appears in the Disney classic Sleeping Beauty. The name of the character is Maleficent, whose story is told in this modern film. People used to think Maleficent was bad and frightening, but in the film we learn she wasn't always like this. In the beginning of the film, she is a young and innocent fairy. However, she falls in love with a human whose name is Stefan. Stefan does something terrible to her: he cuts off her wings. Stefan, who becomes king, has got a daughter named Aurora. Maleficent wants to hurt Stefan, so she uses black magic on Aurora. The plot is interesting and has got several twists.
