What Is Chlamydia?

Chlamydia is a STBI (sexually transmitted bacterial infection) that both men & women can get through sexual intercouse.

• Abnormal vaginal discharge
• Frequent bleeding between periods

• Pain & Swelling in testicles
• Burning or itching around penis

• Pain in the Rectum
• Pain during intercourse

How It Is Spread

How to Treat it & What happens if it doesn't get treated?

Chlamydia is spreaded by having vaginal, anal and oral sex with whom your sex partner is and if they been exposed to it before.

Chlamydia is a bacteria so it can be treated by taking different antibotics, but the two main ones doctors perscribe go by the name of Azithromyan and Doxycycline because they can fight off the bateria better and faster.

How to Prevent the Spread!

If Chlamydia is left untreated if can spread to the womb and cause a Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) which only females can recieve and for males they start to recieve urethral infection and complications.

To prevent the spread of chlamydia some ways you can go about that is by...

• Using Protection (Condom or Lubricant)
• Getting tested before any further moves
• Wash before and after intercourse.
