COLPBOL

¿WHAT IS COLPBOL?
It's a mixed team sport by 2 teams of 6-7 players each one of whom is the goalkeeper.
It was invented in 1996 by a PE teacher.
It's a mix among Valencian ball, handball and football.
It's played on a handball court.
The aim is to score more goals than the opposing team.
¿HOW TO PLAY?
Player can only hit the ball with the upper part of the body.
The goalkeeper is the only player who can touch the ball with any part of his/her body only to save a goal.
If you are 8 to 12 years old, the matches are 2x12 minutes with a 5 minute rest period.
Hold the ball.
IT'S NOT ALLOWED TO:
Intentional touch with lower part of the body.
Kick or punch the ball.
Push or grab other players.
Hit the ball twice.
TYPES OF SERVES:
At the beggining of each halve -> REFEREE KICK
For fouls committed a player -> THROW-IN
If the ball goes out -> THROW-IN
After goal -> KICK OFF
If the ball goes out on the base line -> GOAL KICK or CORNER HIT.
