with Susie Holman
Consent to Use of Photographic Image & Audio
It gives teachers the opportunity to think deliberately about:
The importance of planning
1. their choice of lesson objectives
2. the types of activities that will meet these objectives
3. the sequence of those activities
4. the materials needed
5. how long each activity might take
6. how students should be grouped
Similar to a lesson plan
- Shows topic, # of students, aims, outcomes, duration, and type of learning
- Since the tool is online, you can choose to share your designs with colleagues
- You can also adapt designs that have been shared by others
Why use Learning Designer?
The Learning Designer helps you design learning experiences as sequences of teaching and learning activities (TLAs) that will help your learners move towards their learning goals.
