LOS SIGNOS DE PROLONGACIÓN

Prolongan la duración del sonido o silencio.

TIE (LIGADURA)

It joins two or more notes of the same pitch, adding their lenghts toguether. (Suma las duraciones de dos o más notas con el mismo sonido).

DOTTED NOTE OR REST (PUNTILLO)

It lengthens the duration of the note or rest by half its original value. (Aumenta la mitad de su valor).

FERMATA (CALDERÓN)

It lengthens the duration of the note or rest for as long as the performer or conductor wishes. (Prolonga la duración de la nota o silencio a gusto del intérprete o director de orquesta).
