Change Management answers the evolution of organisations
To stay competitive, organisations have been focusing on expansion of business worldwide & implementing innovations in technology. In this fast changing environment, organisations need to establish a well-defined change management framework to reach the strategic objectives.
Change management is a complex process and requires serious attention and involvement from the management and people from all levels, in order to achieve a meaningful and a progressive transformation across various levels.

We can apply Change Management principles into Agile context
On IT projects, there are two main methodologies to manage projects: v-cycle and agile. Therefore, the way to apply change management will be different.
- The v-cycle is a sequential methodology, without feedback and provides added value at the end of the project.
- While, the Agile methodology is based on iteration loops and provides value regularly (allowing a quick adjustment if necessary).
