  • Write the references list
  • include the complete entries for each of the sources you have cited in-text, including the ones cited in other sources.
  • Don't include those sources you read but not cited
  • The names cited in-text must coincide 100% with those in the references list
  • render the references in APA
  • List the references in alphabetical order by author's last name

  • Revise the content you have pasted under each of the LR titles
  • Remove what you consider is not relevant
  • Move content from a section to another if necessary
  • Look for more information if one of the sections ended up "empty".
  • Decide the order in which each of the pieces of content should appear in the section. Move them accordingly.
  • Open a new word doc.
  • Paste the titles of the LR (in your outline)
  • Start rewriting section by section
  • paraphrase / summarise the longer paragraphs. Render last name of author and year of publication. Use a variety of reporting verbs and phrases.
  • Leave some literal: What is a good idea to leave literal?
  • Some sentences, definitions, some precise norms, instructions, suggestions, lists.
  • Render Last name's author, year of publication and page or paragraph number
  • Read the bibliography
  • copy content that is relevant for a given section of the LR and paste it under the corresponding title
  • Remember to indicate the source where it is from (to be able to cite appropriately later)
