Website: Brainscape is an app that allows you to search, create and share your own “flashcard” games. You are able to set your own rhythm with the timing between cards and advance at your own pace. The site also has a section for teachers to optimize its use.
Website: ClassDojo is an app that allows classroom teams and parents from preschool to high school to share information and play games.
Website: Classcraft allows a teacher to transform any class into a roleplaying game and promotes a closer collaboration between students and encourages better behaviour. It’s a “World of Warcraft” version for education – a very visual and attractive platform that allows you to create a world of characters (magicians, healers and warriors) that must cooperate and participate in missions to score points and gold in order to improve their team’s standing. The goal is to advance in a collaborative manner while learning and developing knowledge.
