TYPES OF BUSINESS ORGANISATION

There are different ways to classify business organisations, as:

1. Main activity: primary sector, secondary sector or tertiary sector. 2. Ownership of the factors of production: private or public companies. 3. Legal form: the term “natural person” refers to a living human being, with certain rights and responsibilities under the law. By contrast, a “legal person,” is a group of people that is considered by law to be acting as a single individual.

BUSINESS FINANCE

WHERE CAN THEY FIND MONEY?

WHY DO BUSINESS NEED FINANCE?

The choice of a way of finance is going to depend on: - The period of refund: short-term or long-term. - The cost os using the sources: the interest.

EXTERNAL FINANCE

INTERNAL FINANCE

- It´s called "self-financing".- It´s the part of the capital that is not repaid. - The main sources are retained profit or savings.

- It can be with cost, as a loan or a credit account.- Or, it can be without cost, as a commercial credit, issue of shares or spontaneous funds.
