Team class activity: Structural characteristics of organizations
Instructions:
- Make a table to compare the organizations above in terms of Industry, Organizational Value, Organizational Culture, Challenges.
- Pick two of these companies. Explain the structural characteristics of the organizations you picked using the four structural dimensions seen in class (formalization, specialization, hierarchy of authority and centralization).
- You may use information from the organization's web site, as well as valid secondary sources.
- Make sure you are not just copying information from your sources. Paraphrase and use your own words to explain both elements of your assignment.
