Ingredients
Beef skirtPepperSalt Olive oil Oregano
Procedure
First, the beef skirt is cut into a steak shape. This is left to res in sal, oregano, pepper and olive oil. This is left to stand form at least twelve hours in the form of a spiral. That is from one night to the next.
After this process, put a little olive oil and let it cook until the meat has a golden color. After puttin the meat on the grill I will make a jalapeña sauce to apply it on top of the meat to my liking.
To make the Jalapeña sauce, cut and onion and three chilies into the julienne and fry them with a little butter for at least a minute. Then, add half a pound of heavy cream and let it cook for four minutes. Once it boils, it will be ready to consume.
To prepare my food use: knife, grill, paired, fork and plate.
Why did I choose this meal?
This is my favorite food, I usually eat it on weekends, it is a family recipe taught by my grandparents.
I chose this type of food because I like to cut all vegetables in julienne for presentation and digestion.
I do not like beef but I can eat it only this way. Not much rice and quite a Creole salad.
