Instructions for a great virtual poster

Make use of interactive content

Where am I? WHAT IS THIS?

Add your contact informationGiven the format does not allow for face to face social interacitons, it is very important that interested colleagues can contact you for inquiries and collaboration opportunities. You can add multiple sources, from email to social networks.

How to use Genially? Genially allows to create dynamic and interactive content in very simple way.

Add a video to guide your audience through your results. If you don't feel like recording yourself on video, you can add a voice-over straight from Genially. These are extremely efficent resources to minimize text and engage your audience

We have put together a sample poster for you to use a guide to build your own. We highly recommend to stick to these guidelines, but feel free to create whatever you think it will showcase your science the best. You probably want your own plots, right? You can add your graphs and diagrams using the Image tab to upload them from your computer.

Not enough space? Space might be a constraint and it might be difficult to collapse all your research in a single slide! We get it... Should this happen to you, you can allways add a new slide to your virtual poster

once you get the hang of it

remove all slides from this guidelines

Leave only the slide(s) that belong to your poster
