In this class we are going to learn important things about out nervous system...

• Internet connection
• Copybook or piece of paper
• Lead pencil
• Eraser/ sharpener
• Post- it/ paper
• Kitchen supplies for Zoom session.

For this class you will need:

Learning objective:Researching on diverse sources and communicating the effects of excessive consumption of alcohol on human health (such as lack of coordination, confusion and slowness, among others).

Write your thoughts on a post it.

After completing each challenge, think about what body parts and skills you have used to do them (memory, coordination, logic, etc).

1. Take your shoes off (with shoes untied). Then put shoes back on and tie them.
2. Solve mentally: 6x4 and 10x9.
3. Do 10 jumping jacks.
4. Drink a glass of water.
5. Sing "Twinkle, twinkle little star".
6. Hop on one foot for 20 seconds.
