CONJUGACIÓN (CONJUGATION)

Yo voy a la escuelaTú vas al restaurante Él/ella/usted va a la universidad Nosotros vamos al concierto Ellos/ellas/ustedes van a comer

LA PREPOSICIÓN "A"

Si la usamos con un sustantivo femenino: A + LA = A LA (If we use it with a female noun it stays "A LA")

Usamos la preposición "a" para indicar dirección. (We use the preposition "to", indicating direction)

Si la usamos con un sustantivo masculino: A + EL = AL (If we use it with a male noun it becomes "AL")

También la podemos usar con un verbo en infinitivo. (We can use it with a verb in infinitive too)

EJEMPLOS

¿Vamos al concierto?(Are we going to the concert?

Voy a ver una película a las 8:00 p.m. (I am to going to watch a movie at 8:00 p.m.)

Lucía y Santiago van al supermercado a comprar leche.(Lucía and Santiago go to the supermarket to buy milk)

Mi abuela va a la iglesia el domingo.(My grandmom is going to church on Sunday)
