FORMS
You can use used to/ would + infinitive to talk about regular past actions that don't happen any more
There are different forms (Affirmative, Negative, Interrogative)
We use used to for states (e.g. be, have, believe, like, love, live) or actions.

WOULD
NOTE
You can use used to + infinitive (NOT would+inf) to talk about past states that are no longer true
When we talk about a single past action or when we don't want to emphasise the difference between the past and the present, we use the Past Simple instead of used to/would.
We use would for actions (not states), usually in affirmative sentences.
