I take care...
A healthy habit is anything you do that benefits your physical, mental and emotional health.
To wash your hands when you get home or after going to the toilet is a healthy habit.To eat healthy food and to exercise, these are healthy habits too.
Eat healthy food
Wash your hands
Brush your teeth
Clean hands are necessary to keep viruses and bacteria away.
It is important to brush your teeth 3 times a day, after every breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Healthy food as fruit, vegetables, fish and meat give us energy and keep our bones and body strong.
Drink water
Go to sleep early
Do exercise
Drinking between 1 and 2 liters of water a day brings a lot of benefits to our body, for example, the proper running of the kidneys.
Children should sleep at least 10 hours a day. It is important to get enough rest during the night in order to face the day.
Doing exercise allows our muscles to be stronger every day and boost our mood.
Bad habits are hard to break, but once you adopt a healthy life style, you will feel much better and give you a lot of energy.

Eat junk food
Too much time watching tv, playing video games or using tablets, computers and smartphones is dangerous for our eyes.
Eating junk food like hot-dogs, pizzas, chips... provides too much fat that is harmful to our body.
This kind of food contains a lot of sugar which is bad for our body and our teeth, so be careful.
