A murder happened at the West Manor! Mr West was killed on Friday afternoon, on a rainy day. He was a very rich man. He lived in a big manor, near London. His body was found in the bathroom.

Enter the manor to begin the investigation!

You entered the manor. At the time of the crime, you know that there were 4 other people in the manor, which means there are 4 suspects in total! But who is guilty?

Interrogate all the suspects with Sherlock, following this order:

4. John, the gardener

3. Billy, the son

1. Mrs West, the wife

2. Amelia, the cook

When you have interrogated the 4 suspects

Read again what happened

Then Sherlock Holmes asks Amelia some questions: Sherlock: Where were you when Mr West was killed ? Amelia: I was cleaning the kitchen. Sherlock: Hmm. What time did you prepare coffee for Mrs West? Amelia: I think it was about 2:30 p.m. I’m not sure… Sherlock: What did you do after you prepared the coffee? Amelia: I gave the coffee to Mrs West and I went back to the kitchen. Sherlock: Did you see anything suspicious? Amelia: I only saw Billy in front of the bathroom and he looked nervous. Sherlock: Hmm. Ok. Thanks Amelia.

First, you interrogate Mrs West, the victim's wife: You: What were you doing when your husband was killed? Mrs West: I was sitting in front of the fireplace, reading my newspaper in the living room. You: When was the last time you saw your husband ? Mrs West: My husband said: "I will have a shower" and he went to have a shower. You: Hmm. What happened then? Mrs West: I wanted a cup of coffee from the cook, and then I continued to read my newspaper. You: Ok. Thank you Mrs West.

Finally, Sherlock interrogates John: Sherlock: Where were you John when Mr West was killed? John: I was in the garden as usual. Sherlock: What were you doing in the garden? John: I was watering the flowers in the garden. Mr West loved his flowers very much! Sherlock: Don't cry John! Did you see Mr West at home? John: No, I didn't even go into the house. Sherlock: Hmmm… Thank you John.

You ask Billy some questions: You: What were you doing when the murder happened? Billy: I was in my bedroom. I was listening to music. You: Are you sure? What were you doing in front of the bathroom? Billy: I wanted some money from my father but he didn't give me money. You: Did you kill him because of this? Billy: Of course no!! I got angry but I didn't kill him. I went back to my room and I watched people running under the rain in the street. You: Hmmm… Billy: I said that I didn't kill him! You: Thank you Billy.
