Muscles

Muscles are soft and elastic organs that can contract and relax. They allow you to move around. When you do excercise your muscles are contracted (they feel hard) If you are asleep, most of your muscles are relaxed. Muscles are attached to bones by tendons, which allows movements of our arms and legs.
